Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Planner to align production with customer delivery dates.

You will work closely with the Production team to ensure plans are executed, adjust schedules as needed, and maintain clear communications with Project teams to meet customer expectations. The role requires hands-on experience in production planning, scheduling, and material readiness within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and the ability to respond swiftly to changes in

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in production planning, master scheduling, production coordination, or supply chain is preferred.
• Good understanding of production planning, scheduling, and material readiness.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review and advise whether production can meet customer delivery dates for new loading.
• Collaborate with Production to ensure execution aligns with plan.
• Adjust production planning for pull-ins or push-outs as requested by Project team.
• Review and update the production plan accordingly.
• Act as the key contact between Production and Project teams.
• Maintain clear communication with Production and Project teams on customer needs and expectations.
• Review material readiness one week before production kickoff.
• Coordinate with Expeditor to drive production output per schedule.
• Develop contingency plans for potential delays before updating the Project team.
• Proactively update the Project team on delays with reasons.
• Centralize information with a planning master list under the Master Scheduler.
• Generate weekly GRN reports per customer requirements.

• Adjust production planning for any pull-in or push-out requested by the Project team, or when production is unable to meet the scheduled timeline.
• Review and update the production plan accordingly.
• Act as the key point of contact between Production and Project teams.
• Maintain effective communication with Production and Project teams to ensure a clear understanding of customer needs and expectations.
• Review material readiness one week in advance before production kick-off.
• Work closely with the Expeditor to drive production output according to the planned schedule.
• Develop contingency plans for any potential behind-schedule scenarios before updating the Project team.
• Proactively update the Project team on any potential delays, together with supporting reasons.
• Centralize information and data by maintaining a planning master list, with ownership under the Master Scheduler.
• Generate weekly GRN reports according to customer requirements.
