Job summary

Grundfos in Singapore is actively seeking 7 Assembly Operators to join our production team. You will assemble precision pump components on the production line, ensuring every unit meets quality standards to support global water technology solutions.

As a Production Assembly Operator, you will follow work instructions, perform quality inspections, and operate tools safely on the line. The role requires 1-2 years in manufacturing and readiness for rotating or fixed shifts at our Singapore facility.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly or related production environment.
• Ability to read and follow assembly work instructions and technical drawings.
• Comfort with hand tools and assembly equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble pump components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and specifications.
• Perform quality inspections during and after assembly to ensure standards.
• Operate production tools, fixtures and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow lean manufacturing practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe workstation per 5S and EHS standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.

We are seeking 7 Assembly Operators to join our production team.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Production & Manufacturing team, you'll create impact by Building reliable, high-performance pump solutions that deliver sustainable water technology to customers across the globe..

Your main responsibilities include:

• Assemble pump components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and engineering specifications
• Perform quality inspections during and after assembly to ensure products meet defined standards
• Operate production tools, fixtures, and equipment safely and efficiently on the assembly line
• Follow lean manufacturing practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with 5S and EHS standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and delivery schedules

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment
• Ability to read and follow assembly work instructions and technical drawings
• Good manual dexterity and comfort working with hand tools and assembly equipment
• Willingness to work onsite at our Grundfos Singapore facility on rotating or fixed shifts

It is a plus if you also:

• Experience with pump, motor, or electromechanical product assembly
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or 5S methodology
• ITE or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering is a plus
