Job summary

Grundfos in Singapore is actively seeking 7 Assembly Operators to join our production team. You will assemble precision pump components on the production line, ensuring every unit meets quality standards to support global water technology solutions.

As a Production Assembly Operator, you will follow work instructions, perform quality inspections, and operate tools safely on the line. The role requires 1-2 years in manufacturing and readiness for rotating or fixed shifts at our Singapore facility.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly or related production environment.
• Ability to read and follow assembly work instructions and technical drawings.
• Comfort with hand tools and assembly equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble pump components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and specifications.
• Perform quality inspections during and after assembly to ensure standards.
• Operate production tools, fixtures and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow lean manufacturing practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe workstation per 5S and EHS standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
