Job summary

Grundfos is seeking an Associate Inside Sales Engineer for the Commercial Building Services division in Singapore. You will support the sales team by managing dealer relationships, driving inside sales activities, and contributing to revenue targets for pump solutions.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in inside sales or channel management, with SAP and CRM familiarity, and a background in mechanical/electrical/building services engineering. The role offers flexible hours and home-working options.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering.
• 1–3 years in inside sales, technical sales support, or channel/dealer management.
• Experience in HVAC, pumps, or building services is preferred.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; data reporting skills.
• Familiarity with pump systems or water technology in commercial buildings.
• Knowledge of the Singapore dealer/distributor landscape and SAP.

As our new Associate Inside Sales Engineer, Commercial Building Service Division, you will be supporting the commercial building services sales team by managing dealer and partner relationships, driving inside sales activities, and contributing to revenue targets for Grundfos pump solutions in Singapore. Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with dealers and channel partners to drive sales growth and market penetration
• Provide inside sales support including quotation preparation, technical product selection, and order follow-up
• Achieve assigned sales targets by identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting inquiries into orders
• Coordinate with external sales engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities within the commercial building segment
• Support partners with product training, pricing guidance, and technical recommendations for Grundfos solutions

About you

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related discipline)
• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, technical sales support, or channel/dealer management, preferably in HVAC, pumps, or building services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; comfortable working with sales data and reporting
• Experience with pump systems or water technology products in commercial building applications
• Familiarity with the Singapore commercial building services market and its dealer/distributor landscape
• Knowledge of SAP
