Job summary

BIOTRONIK Singapore is seeking a Production Assembly Operator to execute production processes in a cleanroom environment, following Kaizen and working instructions to meet quality, cost and delivery targets. The role requires independent task execution, maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to a safe, efficient production culture.

Prior production experience and cleanroom exposure are preferred to ensure smooth operation and adherence to strict quality standards in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in clean room environment is advantageous.
• Experience in production environment and prior inspection tasks or machine handling is preferable.
• Completed professional education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows valid guidelines and working instructions, maintaining compliance.
• Independently executes process steps and monitors process execution per training level.
• Notifies supervisor of discrepancies in process, quality, or documentation.
• Maintains accurate and conforming documentation (move tickets, inspection protocols).
• Raises issues immediately to supervisor or HR.
• Participates in KAIZEN processes to minimize waste.
• Contributes to a positive working culture.
• Performs tasks defined by supervisor necessary to meet performance goals.
• Maintains a safe work environment and upkeep of the location.

Production Assembly Operator (Siello)

Production Assembly Operator is in charge of executing the production processes in a production environment. They have to be able to independently execute those tasks and are actively involved in achieving the production objectives. In order to do this they also need to actively follow the established Kaizen processes and the corresponding Working Instructions. Production Assembly Operator will be trained on multiple processes and have successfully completed a cross training. Production Assembly Operator is measured by achieving the given objectives in terms of quality, quantity and according to the deadlines. This enables the organization to meet cost, quality and delivery targets.

Your Responsibilities

• Follows the currently valid guidelines (e.g. working instructions, process descriptions, hygiene rules, environmental protection guidelines, cGMP, clear table policies)
• Independent execution of different process steps and surveillance of process execution according to written working instructions, according to the training level of the employee
• Notifies the supervisor of any observed discrepancies (process and quality discrepancies, security breaches, outdated calibration data, deviations in the documentation)
• Maintains a correct and conform documentation (e.g. when completing move tickets or inspection protocols)
• Highlights any issues immediately to the supervisor or the HR department
• Participates actively in the KAIZEN process (e.g. minimize waste)
• Contributes to a positive working culture
• If needed, performs individual tasks defined by the supervisor which in their nature belong to the work responsibility of an operator and/or are a necessity to achieve organizational performance
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the physical location.

Your Profile

• Completed professional education preferred
• Experience working in a clean room environment will be advantageous.
• Experience of working in a production environment, previous execution of inspection tasks or machine handling is preferable
