Job summary

Grundfos Singapore is seeking 7 Assembly Operators to join our production team. You will assemble precision pump components on the production line, ensuring units meet Grundfos' quality standards and contributing to our water technology mission.

We value hands-on professionals with 1–2 years in manufacturing, ability to read drawings, and good dexterity. Roles are onsite with rotating or fixed shifts in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related production environment.
• Ability to read and follow assembly work instructions and technical drawings.
• Good manual dexterity and comfort working with hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Willingness to work onsite at Grundfos Singapore facility on rotating or fixed shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble pump components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and engineering specifications.
• Perform quality inspections during and after assembly to ensure products meet defined standards.
• Operate production tools, fixtures, and equipment safely and efficiently on the assembly line.
• Follow lean manufacturing practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with 5S and EHS standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and delivery schedules.

As a key part of the Production & Manufacturing team, you'll create impact by Building reliable, high-performance pump solutions that deliver sustainable water technology to customers across the globe..

Your main responsibilities include:

• Assemble pump components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and engineering specifications
• Perform quality inspections during and after assembly to ensure products meet defined standards

It is a plus if you also:

• Experience with pump, motor, or electromechanical product assembly
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or 5S methodology
• ITE or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering is a plus
