Job summary

FOCAL ENERGY SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD in Singapore is seeking a Production Assistant to support daily production operations, maintain accurate documentation, and help ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor.

You will coordinate with purchasing, warehouse and logistics to ensure material availability, monitor production progress, follow up on work orders, communicate with suppliers, file drawings and work instructions, support troubleshooting and continuous improvement, and uphold safety and workplace

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of production or manufacturing processes.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating daily production activities and schedules.
Prepare and maintain production documents, reports, and records.
Monitor production progress and update status to supervisors.
Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams for material availability.
Support inventory tracking and stock monitoring.
Follow up on work orders and delivery timelines.
Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors when required.
Ensure proper filing of drawings, work instructions, and production data.
Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.
Maintain workplace organization and safety compliance.
Perform administrative duties related to production operations.
