Job summary

Tempserv Pte Ltd in Singapore invites applications for a Production Operations Assistant responsible for preparing sputter carrier sets, assembling carrier holders, and performing carrier alignment to support daily production. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

The Production Operations Assistant is responsible for preparing sputter carrier sets, assembling carrier holders, and conducting carrier alignment activities to support daily production requirements. The role involves working in a manufacturing cleanroom environment, following standard operating procedures, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to PPE and safety requirements. Candidates should be comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks and standing for prolonged periods.

Duties

• Prepare sputter carrier sets in accordance with the production schedule and operational requirements.
• Perform carrier holder assembly according to established work instructions, procedures, and quality standards.
• Carry out carrier alignment activities to ensure compliance with operational and product quality requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary School, NITEC, or equivalent qualification. (No prior experience required, training will be provided).
• Candidates with experience in manufacturing, production operations, assembly work, or cleanroom environments are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and cleanroom protocols is preferred.
• Must comply with all safety requirements and wear the prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including hearing protection, when performing carrier alignment activities.
• Demonstrates a responsible attitude towards workplace safety, quality, and operational discipline.
• Candidates with experience in manufacturing, production operations, assembly work, or cleanroom environments are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
