Job summary

TempServ Pte Ltd on Pioneer Sector (West Region) invites applications for an Engineering Assistant (Operation) in a manufacturing setting. Entry-level candidates welcome; you will support production technicians and operators in machine and process troubleshooting, process changes, and quality control to ensure output meets specifications.

You will assist line engineers, monitor daily production activity, and help maintain equipment with a focus on maintaining smooth operations, yield, and safety

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics or related field; entry-level candidates welcome.
• Able to perform 12-hour shift work in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Production Technicians/Operators in machine and process troubleshooting, process change, process control, and failure analysis.
• Guide technicians and operators to achieve required output and quality.
• Assist Line Engineer to check all control charts and checklists.
• Ensure smooth production operation with production reports and monitor daily final test yield.

To support Production Technicians/Operators in machine and process troubleshooting, process change, process control, failure analysis and assist supervisor in controlling the production team.

- To specialize in processes and to perform higher level of troubleshooting and failure analysis
- Guide the technicians and operators to achieve required output and quality
- To check on the supplementary materials change to ensure they are properly done
- To assist Line Engineer to check all the control chart and checklist
- To ensure smooth production operation with production report
-To monitor, troubleshoot and improve the production daily final test yield
- To perform maintenance and troubleshoot of machinery.

Requirements:

- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics or any related field (Entry-level candidates with relevant
qualifications are welcome to apply.)

- Able to perform 12-hour shift work and work in a cleanroom environment.
