Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking Assistant Engineers to support automated manufacturing in a cleanroom environment. You will operate and monitor production machines, perform basic troubleshooting, and help maintain quality and records.

This permanent role on 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM–8:15 PM or 8:00 PM–8:15 AM) includes day/night shift allowances, meal and transport benefits, and AWS with a variable bonus. Join a hands-on team and contribute to smooth production operations.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and repair preferred.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom and wearing a jumpsuit.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for Assistant Engineers to support production operations and ensure smooth running of automated manufacturing machines in a cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines to ensure smooth production.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and first-level repairs when machine issues arise.

• Monitor product quality and production output.

• Conduct sample measurements and maintain production records.

• Perform machine cleaning and maintain cleanroom standards.

• Carry out routine machine checks and other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and repair is preferred.

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing a jumpsuit.
  

Working Schedule

• 12-hour shifts: 8:00 AM – 8:15 PM or 8:00 PM – 8:15 AM.

• Permanent work patterns with approximately 3–4 rest days depending on the shift cycle.

Salary and Benefits

• Day shift allowance: S$6.50 per working day.

• Night shift allowance: S$20.50 per working day.

• Meal allowance: S$3 per working day.
