Job summary

ACOT PRECISION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to read blueprints, develop NC programs, and manage Mastercam CAM processes. You will set machine parameters and verify part quality through in-process checks.

The role requires proficiency in CAD CAM, experience with Mastercam, and the ability to work on night shifts to support semicon and precision parts manufacturing. Collaborative, detail‑oriented candidates are favored.

Job description

• . Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models
• . Good proficiency in CNC/ CAD CAM Programming.
• . Hands on experience in Mastercam
• . Having similar experience in Precision parts programming
• . Well versed in CADCAM, preferrence in Mastercam 2D and 3D programming
• . Has experience in using DelCam
• . Preferably CNC Milling/Turning Machine background
• . Generate NC Programme and load the programme to designated machine
• . Create geometry and check machining simulation
• . Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software
• . Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job
• . Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications
• . Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process
• . Cleaning and maintaining the machine
• . Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with relevant parties and resolve technical issues with end users.
• . Majority part for semicon sector and quality and speed is the main target
• . Candidates with relevant experience in precision engineering, metal fabrication and semi-con industry will be an advantageous
• . Work according to production plan and maintain operational efficiency
• . Carry out in process measurements and maintain product quality
