Job summary

An engineering and marketing firm in Singapore is seeking a CNC Programmer to create programs and manage machining processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC programming, particularly with Fanuc and Mazaktol, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include developing process sheets, maintaining engineering documents, and training new machinists.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE 2 or equivalent, preferably in Precision Metal Machining.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• 3 to 5 years experience in CNC Programming and machining.

Responsibilities

• Create CNC Programs and select cutting tools to optimize cycle time.
• Develop process sheets and inspection checklists.
• Control CNC Programs and manage tool-lists.

Overview

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To create CNC Program and cutting tool selections to achieve ultimate cycle time and process capabilities.
• Develop process sheet and process inspection checklist.
• Control of CNC Program and tool-list. Includes machine set-up and cycle time.
• Maintain Engineering document per AS9100 quality requirements.
• Manage New Product Introduction and First Article machining.
• Process trouble shooting and CA which related to technical issues. Furnish with documented CNC Program, tool-list control.
• Training of new machinist
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

Job Requirement

• Preferably 3 to 5 years experience on CNC Programming and machining.
• Good knowledge in Fanuc and Mazaktol programming.
