Job summary

You will lead production and redressing activities, ensuring GMP, QMS and EHS compliance while coordinating with Maintenance, Quality Control and Warehouse. The role emphasizes guiding staff performance, planning daily assignments, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous improvement projects to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or with applicable working experience.
• Min 4-5 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assess production staff to meet department goals.
• Plan daily job assignments for production and redressing personnel.
• Maintain good documentation and GMP/quality practices.
• Support ISO QMS & EMS audits and CAPA processes.
