Job summary

Quasar Medical (Singapore) pte.ltd. is seeking a Production Lead to oversee a high‑volume manufacturing line in a cleanroom environment. You will ensure on‑time delivery, enforce safety and 6S standards, and drive improvements that reduce scrap and boost productivity.

The ideal candidate holds a technical diploma (BS preferred) with 2–3 years in a supervisory role in medical device manufacturing, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in technical field or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years lead or supervisory experience in high-volume production, preferably in Medical Device Manufacturing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production safety and discipline in the production area; support Health and Safety programs.
• Supervise assemblers and Team Leaders; motivate, coach, and support the team.
• Arrange production according to the production plan and monitor progress.
• Drive department performance to meet Production KPI's (Materials Accuracy, Yield, Efficiency, Productivity).
• Coordinate with other departments to analyze root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
• Allocate resources for production lines (manpower, equipment, materials) and manage records.
