Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead quality and production activities. You will supervise teams across areas of manufacturing, ensure compliance with GMP and SOPs, and drive continuous improvement projects in collaboration with engineering.

You will schedule work, monitor metrics, mentor junior staff, and ensure staff training and staffing levels meet production demand in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and in-depth technical knowledge with extensive manufacturing/quality experience
• 4 years' related experience with full personnel responsibility and employee relations
• Experience leading multicultural teams and project management
• Familiarity with GMP/SOP and quality systems

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and quality activities across production areas to ensure smooth operations
• Lead complex improvement projects and coordinate investigations with engineering
• Schedule work orders and monitor performance metrics to hit targets
• Maintain productivity and quality metrics, reporting to management and stakeholders
• Mentor entry-level supervisors and ensure staffing and training
• Oversee document control for product line inspection procedures and ensure compliance
