Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production activities in electronics manufacturing.

You will collaborate with Engineering to resolve issues, improve processes, and support First Article builds, while guiding the production team to meet targets and ensure quality. Requirements include a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering and at least 5 years in production/operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in production, technician or operations roles.
• Responsible, well-organised and able to manage changing production priorities.
• Able to train, guide and work well with production team members.
• Able to troubleshoot production and assembly issues and work with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks, plan work schedules and monitor assembly and testing to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Work closely with Engineering to solve production issues, check First Article builds and improve assembly processes.
• Train and guide Production Leads and team members to improve their skills and performance.
• Ensure safety rules are followed, check the shop floor and report any equipment maintenance issues.
• Coordinate material requirements with the supply chain team and maintain accurate production records.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
