Job summary

Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,500 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production activities

• Conduct daily toolbox briefings and provide on-the-job training for new hires

• Prepare batch travellers and other production documents

• Monitor production inventory and stock levels

• Oversee production processes to ensure quality and effici

• Perform hands-on production work, including defect inspection, assembly, stocktaking, raw material handling, and packing finished products

• Handle finished products weighing approximately 25–30 kg

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, including proper PPE usage

• Maintain equipment cleanliness and conduct regular 5S housekeeping

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline

• Experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly operations is preferred

• Able to lead and supervise production workers

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable handling items weighing 25–30 kg
