Job summary

Air Liquide Advanced Materials Singapore is seeking a Production Engineer to act as a technical resource for Operations. You will optimize plant operations, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement with Lean methodologies across Maintenance, Quality and HSE teams.

The role emphasizes safe production, process excellence, and on‑call availability including nights, weekends and holidays as dictated by business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in process, production, or project engineering.
• Experience with high-purity chemical manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading P&ID and applying problem-solving methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Optimize plant operations and resolve technical/operational issues.
• Drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead or support capital projects to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Monitor KPIs and close performance gaps with data-driven actions.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, HSE and SCM teams.
