Job summary

Air Liquide in Singapore is seeking a Production Engineer to optimize plant operations, drive continuous improvement, and lead capital projects. You will collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, HSE, and SCM to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant production of high-purity products.

Required: BS in Chemical Engineering and at least 3+ years in process/production engineering, with strong knowledge of P&ID, KPIs, and MOC processes. On-call nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical Engineering or equivalent; min 3+ years in process, production or project engineering.
• Experience in high-purity manufacturing and safety compliance is preferred.
• Ability to read P&ID and apply root cause analysis to deviations.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical skills to optimize plant operations and resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across al site teams.
• Lead small to medium local capital projects to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and update SOPs, work instructions, and MOC closure.
• Monitor KPIs and implement gap-closure actions.
