Job summary

Kerry Consulting is seeking a Production Controller (Semicon) to sit at the centre of manufacturing operations, coordinating production plans, WIP movement, materials and shipment priorities across multiple products in a fast-moving fab.

You will work closely with Manufacturing and Engineering to anticipate bottlenecks, balance capacity and demand, and drive KPIs such as line moves, cycle time and on-time delivery; five years of semiconductor experience and SAP/Excel proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Analytical and able to thrive in a fast-moving factory environment.
• Proficient with SAP and Excel.

Production Controller (Semicon)

Our client is a fast-growing semiconductor manufacturing organisation offering an exciting opportunity to join its expanding operations. They are seeking an experienced Production Controller to play a key role in driving fab performance, production flow and customer delivery.

Role

You will sit at the centre of manufacturing operations, managing production plans, WIP movement, materials and shipment priorities across multiple products.

Working closely with Manufacturing and Engineering, you will anticipate bottlenecks, balance capacity and demand, and drive critical KPIs including line moves, cycle time and delivery commitments. You will have strong visibility across the factory and the opportunity to directly influence how efficiently production runs and scales.

Requirements

You will bring at least five years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with strong knowledge of production planning, WIP, cycle time, capacity and inventory management.

Degree qualified, you should be analytical, comfortable working in a fast-moving factory environment and confident managing competing priorities. SAP and strong Excel skills are required.
