Job summary

KERRY CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Controller (Semiconductor) to manage production schedules, WIP, material planning and customer delivery in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.

The role requires 5+ years' semiconductor planning experience, strong knowledge of SAP and MRP, and excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' semiconductor production planning experience.
• Strong knowledge of WIP, MRP, inventory and capacity planning.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel for macros automation.
• Good analytical and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production schedules, WIP and material flow.
• Drive factory KPIs including throughput, cycle time and on-time delivery.
• Monitor production, identify bottlenecks and implement recovery plans.
• Manage inventory, MRP and demand planning.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain to meet customer commitments.
• Prepare production reports and performance dashboards.
