Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Singapore is seeking a Production Controller II to lead production planning and ensure on-time delivery in a fast-growing semiconductor environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science and at least 5 years of related experience, with strong skills in SAP, Agile, Visual Management, and MS Office. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor KPI trends, and drive continuous improvement in production processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Science/Mathematics/Materials/Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to plan and manage production schedules with SAP and Visual Management.

Responsibilities

• Establish production build and completion plan per customer demand.
• Analyze customer demand and drive capacity plans to mitigate bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Account Operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain WIP and inventory KPI and improve production tracking.
• SME to SAP set-up and implementation and other ad hoc duties.
