Job summary

ZAC MEAT & POULTRY PTE LTD is seeking a Hygiene and Cleaning Technician to uphold GMP, HACCP, and safety standards at our Singapore facility. You will carry out daily and periodic cleaning of equipment, floors, walls, and work areas according to SOPs and CIP.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals. You will maintain cleaning records and assist with general housekeeping to ensure a hygienic production environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning and sanitization of production equipment, utensils, floors, walls, and work areas in accordance with the cleaning schedule.
• Follow SOPs and CIP procedures to maintain hygiene standards.
• Ensure proper handling, dilution, and storage of cleaning chemicals in compliance with safety guidelines.
• Conduct pre-operation hygiene checks to ensure production areas are clean before operations begin.
• Safely dismantle, clean, and reassemble production equipment where required.
• Report any equipment defects, maintenance issues, or safety hazards immediately.
• Adhere strictly to GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate cleaning records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal in compliance with environmental and food safety standards.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and organized work environment.

To ensure that the production facility, equipment, and work areas are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to the highest hygiene and safety standards, in compliance with food safety regulations and company policies

Role and Responsibilities

• Carry out daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning and sanitization of production equipment, utensils, floors, walls, and work areas in accordance with the cleaning schedule.

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Cleaning in Place (CIP) procedures to maintain hygiene standards.

• Ensure proper handling, dilution, and storage of cleaning chemicals in compliance with safety guidelines.

• Conduct pre-operation hygiene checks to ensure production areas are clean before operations begin.

• Safely dismantle, clean, and reassemble production equipment where required.
