Job summary

O.R.E. STORY PTE. LTD.

is seeking a reliable cleaner to perform daily cleaning of dining, café, bar and customer areas, as well as cleaning of kitchen and food-prep zones in line with hygiene requirements. You will sweep, mop and sanitize surfaces, and maintain toilets throughout operating hours. Responsibilities include waste management, equipment upkeep, periodic deep cleans, replenishing supplies, and assisting with workshops or events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of dining, café, bar and customer areas
• Clean kitchen and food-preparation areas according to hygiene requirements
• Sweep, vacuum and mop floors
• Clean and sanitize tables, counters, shelves and frequently touched surfaces
• Clean and maintain toilets throughout operating hours
• Wash and maintain designated cleaning equipment and tools
• Handle rubbish collection, waste disposal and recycling
• Maintain waste and bin areas in a clean and hygienic condition
• Clean glass, doors, windows and mirrors as required
• Carry out opening and closing cleaning routines
• Conduct periodic deep cleaning of designated areas
• Replenish toilet paper, soap and other hygiene supplies
• Monitor cleaning supplies and inform management when replenishment is required
• Respond promptly to spills and cleaning requirements during operating hours
• Follow proper chemical handling, food-safety and cross-contamination prevention procedures
• Maintain cleaning checklists and records where required
• Support additional housekeeping duties for workshops, events and other operational areas
• Report maintenance, pest, leakage, safety or hygiene issues promptly
• Perform other reasonable cleaning and housekeeping duties assigned by management
