Job summary

Commonwealth Culinary Creations PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Cleaning Operative for our production facility in Singapore.

You will perform daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning of equipment, utensils, floors, walls and work areas according to the cleaning schedule to maintain hygiene standards. You'll follow SOPs and CIP procedures, handle cleaning chemicals safely, conduct pre-operation hygiene checks, dismantle and reassemble equipment when needed, and keep accurate cleaning records for

• Able to handle cleaning equipment safely.
• Good attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to hygiene standards.
• Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning and sanitization of production equipment, utensils, floors, walls, and work areas in accordance with the cleaning schedule.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Cleaning in Place (CIP) procedures to maintain hygiene standards.
• Ensure proper handling, dilution, and storage of cleaning chemicals in compliance with safety guidelines.
• Conduct pre-operation hygiene checks to ensure production areas are clean before operations begin.
• Safely dismantle, clean, and reassemble production equipment where required.
• Report any equipment defects, maintenance issues, or safety hazards immediately.
• Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate cleaning records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal in compliance with environmental and food safety standards.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
