Job summary

APPLICAM INTERNATIONAL (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a diligent cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene of assigned premises. You will perform cleaning tasks across washrooms, floors, corridors, and common areas, ensuring surfaces remain dry and safe.

The role requires attention to high-touch areas, waste disposal, equipment care, stock replenishment, and reporting maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and hygiene of assigned premises and common walkways.
• Clean and disinfect toilets, washrooms, sinks, and other shared sanitary facilities regularly.
• Perform routine sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of floors, corridors, staircases, and surfaces, ensuring they remain clean and dry.
• Sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles, railings, and switches.
• Empty rubbish bins regularly and dispose of all waste properly in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain, store, and properly care for all cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies after use.
• Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed, and inform the supervisor when stocklevels run low or equipment is damaged.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, damages, or cleanliness concerns observed within the premises to the supervisor.
• Follow all company health, safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures at all times.
• Carryout any other ad-hoc cleaning and housekeeping duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
