Job summary
AURORA ASIAPACIFIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Admin to plan and coordinate daily sawing schedules at our Tuas plant, ensuring timely closure of production work orders and smooth daily operations.
You will support delivery schedules, assist the Shipping team, and handle shipping documentation, inventory records, and admin tasks for the Operations team. This on-site role requires 2+ years of relevant experience and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- GCE N Level or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily sawing schedules to support production requirements
- Ensure timely closure of daily production work orders
- Coordinate and monitor daily delivery schedules to meet operational needs
- Assist the Shipping team in managing day-to-day logistics activities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Order Processing Manager
- Provide support to the Director of Operations on assigned tasks
- Handle general shipping documentation and administrative duties
- Perform inventory-related processing and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Carry out any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
