Job summary

Best NanoTech in Singapore is seeking an experienced test/product engineer to own CP/wafer-sort and FT/final-test performance from NPI through mass production. You will manage data analysis and drive improvements across yield and cycle times.

You will analyze production-test data, drive yield improvements, root-cause analysis, and coordinate test-program transfers between engineering and production sites with OSAT and foundry partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 3-10+ years of semiconductor test, product, validation, hardware, manufacturing-test or application-engineering experience.
• Hands-on semiconductor laboratory, ATE and/or production-test experience appropriate to the role.
• Strong analytical, debugging and cross-functional problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities

• Own CP/wafer-sort and FT/final-test product performance from NPI to mass production.
• Analyze STDF, bin-map, datalog and production-test data to identify systemic failures.
• Drive yield improvement, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate test-program correlation and transfer between engineering and production sites.
• Support lot disposition, excursion management and RMA/failure-analysis activities.
• Work with OSAT, foundry, package, quality and planning teams on product lifecycle issues.
• Support qualification, reliability and production release.
• Track tester utilization, OEE, cycle time and test-cost KPIs.
• Investigate hardware, handler, prober or tester-related production issues.
• Develop statistical dashboards and engineering reports for technical reviews.

Experience: 3-10+ years

Mobility: Open to qualified candidates currently based in India who are willing to relocate to Singapore; employment and work authorization subject to employer requirements.

Role Overview

Own semiconductor products from engineering samples and NPI through stable mass production. This role bridges test engineering, product engineering, OSAT/foundry partners and manufacturing to improve yield, quality, cycle time and cost.

Country-specific emphasis: Strong relevance for wafer sort/final test transfer, offload, qualification and production yield improvement.

Key Responsibilities
