Job summary

Best NanoTech is seeking a senior-level engineer to provide customer-facing technical leadership for semiconductor test solutions in Singapore. You will guide test-program development, evaluation, and production ramp while collaborating with customers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 5–12+ years in semiconductor test, hands-on ATE experience and strong communication skills in English to support regional customers and field deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• 5-12+ years of relevant semiconductor test, product, validation, hardware, manufacturing-test or application-engineering experience, depending on level.
• Hands-on semiconductor laboratory, ATE and/or production-test experience.
• Strong analytical, debugging and cross-functional problem-solving capability.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Work with semiconductor customers to define device test requirements and test strategies.
• Develop, debug and optimize test programs on ATE platforms.
• Support customer evaluations, first-silicon bring-up and production qualification.
• Analyze test coverage, throughput, yield and tester-utilization issues.
• Review load-board, probe-card and socket requirements.
• Support handler/prober integration, correlation and GR&R activities.
• Deliver technical training, demonstrations and application support.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware/software/test-cell issues at customer sites.
• Communicate customer requirements to product, R&D and sales teams.
• Build long-term technical relationships with customer engineering organizations.

Role Overview

Provide customer-facing technical leadership for semiconductor test solutions, from device requirements and test-program development through evaluation, qualification, training and production ramp. This role suits senior test engineers who can combine deep technical expertise with customer communication.

Country-specific emphasis: Customer-facing English communication and regional support capability are important.
