Job summary

TTI Electronics Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics/Sales Support professional in Singapore to assist with RFQ responses, backlog management, and delivery coordination. You will liaise with customers and suppliers to maintain schedules, expand product knowledge, and handle vendor setup, quality issues, and RMAs.

The role requires English and Mandarin fluency, a proactive approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of related work experience in Electronics Components (preferably passive components/connectors).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) at intermediate level.
• Good attitude, diligent, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Must be able to work in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in spoken English and Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking Associates.

Responsibilities

• Support sales request for quotation (RFQ).
• Manage purchase order backlog, including acknowledgements and advance ship notices.
• Handle changes in customers and supplier delivery schedules, including expediting past due, pull-ins, push-outs and cancellations.
• Ensure on-time delivery to customers from suppliers in a proactive manner.
• Exhaust all possibilities to obtain products to satisfy critical customer requirements.
• Expand product knowledge to effectively support sales.
• Handle new vendor creations, ship and debits, quality issues and RMAs.
• Build good relationships with internal and external parties.
• Provide good service levels to internal colleagues.
