Job summary

LE CHAMP (SOUTH EAST ASIA) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quotation and Sales Support professional in Singapore to manage supplier quotations, assist sales with new projects, and keep project data up to date in the supplier system.

The role requires independent work, a Diploma/Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, and at least 3 years in semicon or related products. Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, are essential to prepare reports on costs, margins, and stock.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electronic, Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductors or related products.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Attend to sales inquiries and communicate with suppliers for quotations.
• Provide quotations to sales for new projects.
• Coordinate with sales on new projects and update the supplier system.

• Attend to Sales’s Inquiry and communicate with Supplier for quotation. Provide quotation to sales.
• Coordinate with sales on new project and update into Supplier’s System.
• Keep track on the quotations and project management.
• Prepare regular POS reports.
• Update project Status in Supplier’s system
• Maintain standard costs, selling price
• Evaluate product costing and prepare product margin & wastage report
• Assist Sales team on stock inventory control
• Knowledge of MS Office applications. Excellent MS Excel skill is prefered.
