Job summary

Right Search Pte Ltd is seeking a project-focused professional with a Mechanical Engineering background to manage customer BOMs, drawings, and specifications, and to assist with proposals and tenders. You will coordinate with multiple departments to meet production schedules and ensure compliance with documentation.

Prior sales or project management experience in manufacturing or technical sectors is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in sales or project management, preferably within manufacturing or technical sectors.
• Strong understanding of product BOMs, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail in reviewing and preparing quotations, proposals and documentation.
• Experience with RFQ and tender processes.

Responsibilities

• Update, compile, control and monitor Customer BOM, drawings and specifications.
• Assist during quotation stage by preparing proposals and tender documents.
• Compile and submit pre-production documentation.
• Monitor and update customer purchase orders and delivery schedule.
• Coordinate with inter-departments for production issues, ECN changes, non-conforming items.
• Compile and submit final product documentation to customer.
• Act as project lead for the given project and perform other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Update, Compile, control and monitor the CustomerProduct BOM (Bill of Material), drawing and specification.
• Assists Manager/Lead during the Quotation stage bypreparing the proposal and tender documents.
• Compilation and Submission of Pre-ProductionDocumentations.
• Monitor and Update Customer purchase order andDelivery Schedule.
• Coordinate with inter-department for production issue,ECN Changes, non-conforming and etc.
• Compilation and Submission of Final Product Documentation to Customer.
• As a Project Lead for the particular project and othertask that delegated by Superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor'sDegree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in sales or project management, preferably within the manufacturingor technical sector
• Strongunderstanding of product BOMs, engineering drawings, and technicalspecifications
• Excellent attention to detail in reviewing and preparing sales quotations, proposals, andtechnical documentation
