Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Product Process Technician in Singapore to operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing lines, perform setup, adjustments, and routine checks. The role includes supporting engineering during process qualification and NPI trials, collecting data for improvements, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/NITEC or equivalent, with experience in semiconductor manufacturing being a plus, and are comfortable

Qualifications

• Diploma or Diploma/NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/Mechatronics/Precision/Manufacturing/Chemical/Materials/Semiconductor Technology
• Semiconductor process environment experience is desirable
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom and rotating shifts

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment and production processes.
• Perform process setup, machine adjustments, and routine equipment checks.
• Troubleshoot basic process abnormalities and support root cause analysis.
• Monitor process parameters and ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Collect and analyze production data for process improvements.
• Perform product inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Support engineering teams during process qualification and NPI trials.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and process recovery after downtime.
• Follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate production and process documentation.

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in: Mechanical Engineering; Electrical & Electronics Engineering; Mechatronics; Precision Engineering; Manufacturing Engineering; Chemical Engineering; Materials Science; Semiconductor Technology
• Candidates with semiconductor manufacturing experience are highly welcome.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
• Able to perform rotating shifts if required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
