Job summary

Kanry Search Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Support Technician to bolster daily manufacturing activities on the Yishun floor. You will perform routine checks, assist with engineering builds and NPI, and help transfer products between processes.

The role requires hands-on electrical experience, attention to quality, and collaboration with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams. Mon-Fri, 8am-5:30pm, with company transport support.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience in electrical assembly, wiring, equipment maintenance, or manufacturing support.
• Able to perform basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Able to read and understand basic electrical diagrams and technical documents.
• Willing to work on the production floor and assist troubleshooting as required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities and help resolve manufacturing issues on the production floor.
• Perform routine checks on equipment, tooling, and manufacturing processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with engineering builds, product trials, New Product Introduction (NPI), and product transfer activities.
• Collect and record production and process data for monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
• Support Manufacturing Engineers in troubleshooting process or production issues and carrying out corrective actions.
• Assist with engineering changes and ensure related manufacturing documents are updated.
• Prepare and maintain work instructions, checklists, process records, and production reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S activities.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to support manufacturing requirements.
• Follow all company quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures.
