Job summary

Talent Trader Group is seeking a Process Mechanical Technician to join our leading semiconductor manufacturing environment in Singapore. You will maintain critical process equipment, troubleshoot complex systems, and support high-tech wafer production operations.

The role offers hands-on maintenance, opportunities to work with advanced technologies, and exposure to process and equipment engineering teams in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
• 1-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, manufacturing, or semiconductor industry.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and rotating shifts (if applicable).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a positive learning attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor process and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems to minimize equipment downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections, calibrations, and equipment health checks.
• Support installation, modification, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment.
• Assist in equipment improvement projects to enhance machine reliability and productivity.
• Perform mechanical alignment, replacement of wear parts, and precision adjustments.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Process Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and Production teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, cleanroom protocols, and company quality standards.
