REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Product & Pricing Executive/Senior Executive to drive product insights and pricing strategies.

Based in Central, the role requires market analysis, distributor liaison, and profitability assessment to support regional expansion. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to travel for market studies. The ideal candidate has a degree in business or related field and about 2 years in market analysis and product/price management in

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Business Management, Business Analysis, Marketing, Trade, or related field.
• Around 2 years of market analysis, product and pricing experience in the automotive industry, including distributor handling.
• MS Office skills, esp. Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to travel overseas up to 6–8 times per year.
• Ability to work with different countries/cultures.
• Holds Singapore driving licence or in process to obtain; may include test driving.
• Advantageous: Cambodia market experience
• Able to start on short notice

【 Responsibilities 】

• Provide distributors with product and pricing insights to optimize the current product lineup.
• Conduct in-depth market and segment analysis through surveys, data collection, and site visits.
• Perform competitive benchmarking and report on country-specific market conditions.
• Manage country-level challenges by maintaining close liaison with distributors, negotiating with manufacturers, and recommending effective solutions.
• Evaluate profitability and sustainability to support the development of long-term business expansion models.
• Handle monthly operations, system inputs, and other routine administrative tasks.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned.

【 Requirements & Preferences 】

• Minimum Degree in Business Management, Business Analysis, Marketing, Trade, or a related field.
• Inexperienced candidates with a relevant degree and internship exposure in market research, analysis experience, and stakeholder management are encouraged to apply.
• Around 2 years of relevant market analysis & product and pricing experience in the automotive industry, including experience in handling distributors
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office software, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, analytical skills, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to travel overseas on short business trips to developing countries; frequency depends on requirements (Up to 6~8 times a year)
• Able to deal with different countries/business domain/cultures
• Hold a Singapore driver's license or in the process of obtaining one, has intention to obtain in the future as their role may include test driving of vehicles.
