Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in business management, marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in automotive industry, including experience handling distributors.
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good presentation, negotiation, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel overseas on short business trips (up to 6–8 times/year).
• Able to work with different countries/cultures and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide distributors with product and pricing insights, optimizing existing product lineup.
• Understand market/segment situation via surveys, data, and visits.
• Conduct market analysis and report country situation vs competitors.
• Manage country issues by liaising with distributors, negotiating with manufacturers, and recommending solutions.
• Evaluate profitability and sustainability; support long-term business model development for expansion.
• Monthly operations work and system input, plus other routine duties.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide distributors with product and pricing insights, optimizing existing product line up
• Obtain an in-depth understanding of the market/segment situation through surveys, market data and market visits
• Conduct market analysis, reporting on country situation and comparing with other competitors’ product
• Manage country issues/challenges by maintaining close liaison with distributors, negotiating with manufacturers and recommending appropriate solutions
• Evaluate profitability and sustainability, supporting the development of long-term business models for future expansion
• Monthly operations work and system input and other routine jobs assigned.
• Any other duties or jobs assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in business management, marketing or related field
• At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in automotive industry, including experience in handling distributors
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office software, especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Good presentation, negotiation, analytical skill, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to travel overseas on short business trip to developing countries, frequency depends on requirements (Up to 6~8 times a year)
• Able to deal with different countries / business domain / cultures
• Strong sense of ownership andable to handle given multiple tasks under tight deadlines
