• Knowledge of credit products, lending processes and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes, policies, data and platforms in RMG Credit.
• Apply our 4D (Discover, Define, Design, Deliver) approach to identify and define product opportunities and implement them using Agile methodology.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders, challenge status quo and break barriers.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritize features based on business value and user impact.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through design, development, launch and user support.
• Establish a constructive feedback loop to continuously optimise and improve the product.
• Define and track KPIs to ensure business benefits are achieved.
• Empathise with staff, evaluate change impact, resistance and risks; thereafter implementing suitable change management strategies to address them.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress against milestones and proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.
