KEYSIGHT TECHNOLOGIES SINGAPORE (SALES) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Product Owner for the Eggplant Server team. You will partner with Product Managers to guide development, representing customers with hands-on software experience and using agile thinking to sequence work for maximum value.

You will collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders, prioritizing backlog items, defining features, and ensuring alignment with the product strategy and roadmap.

Qualifications

3+ years in a formal Product Owner role with Agile/Lean practices.
Experience using Jira, TestRail, GitLab or similar ALM tools.
Ability to use business data/telemetry to drive decisions.
Outstanding facilitation and communication skills.
Strong backlog management and prioritization abilities.
Knowledge of agile story definition best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead discussions with stakeholders to shape product direction and trade-offs.
Refine and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value.
Communicate requirements clearly to developers and other stakeholders.
Document high-level feature needs for delivery teams.
Keep customer needs at the forefront and translate them into actionable work.
Inspire the team to achieve sustainable delivery.
