Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Singapore is seeking an R&D Software Operating Manager to lead the Eggplant Server team. You will guide cross‑functional engineering, work with Product Management to define scope, and drive delivery of scalable server software in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

The role demands strong full stack development experience, team leadership, mentoring and coaching, and a passion for rapid incremental delivery with high quality and transparency.

Qualifications

• A deep understanding of Software Engineering
• Excellent knowledge of OOP, microservices, design patterns and coding best practices
• Experience with integrating AI into the software development lifecycle
• Excellent design and problem-solving skills
• Experience in software architecture
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Lean and XP development practices
• Experience of mentoring and coaching
• Experience with Eggplant Test software is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the Eggplant Server team in Singapore
• Collaborate with Product Management to agree scope and technical direction
• Drive delivery of scalable server software with high quality and transparency
• Mentor and grow a high-performance team of developers and QA engineers
• Coordinate dependencies with leadership peers to maximize success
• Foster true product ownership within the team
