Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a Product Owner for the Eggplant Server team. You will guide product strategy, partnering with Product Managers and stakeholders to deliver continuous value in software test automation.

You represent the customer in the development process and rely on hands-on experience with our software to make informed decisions. You will collaborate with the R&D Manager and Product Managers to align roadmaps, prioritize work, and ensure delivery against business goals, while

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.
At least 3 years in a formal Product Owner role with agile/lean.
Experience with Jira, TestRail, GitLab or similar ALM tools.
Experience using business data and telemetry to make data-driven decisions.
Outstanding facilitation and communication skills.
Strong administrative capabilities to manage and prioritize a backlog.
Knowledge of agile story definition best practices.

Responsibilities

Drives in-depth discussions from stakeholder vision to implementation tradeoffs.
Refines and prioritizes the product backlog for team success.
Communicates with customers, VPs, and developers to surface critical details.
Documents high-level feature requirements for teams.
Keeps customer needs at the forefront and conveys urgency to teams.
Inspires teams to achieve sustainable, ambitious results.
