Job summary

Keysight Technologies Singapore seeks an experienced R&D Software Operating Manager to lead the Eggplant Server team in Singapore. You will collaborate with Product Management to shape the scope, provide technical direction, and drive delivery across full-stack software initiatives.

You will mentor engineers, refine backlogs, and manage risk while championing agile practices and high-quality software delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• You should be self-motivated with a proven track record of leading complex software teams.
• Strong background in software engineering principles and architecture.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Eggplant Server team in Singapore and align with Product Management.
• Ensure backlog refinement, sprint planning, and realistic roadmaps.
• Mentor developers, conduct performance reviews, and hire where needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to surface dependencies and drive delivery.
• Act as Scrum Master and Agile coach for the team.
