You will work closely with Product Management to define scope and roadmap, mentor engineers, and drive delivery of cutting-edge software across a full-stack stack with agile practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams developing complex software.
• Experience with agile, lean and XP practices and mentoring/coaching.
• Knowledge of software architecture and design principles.
• Experience integrating AI into the SDLC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Eggplant Server team in Singapore.
• Collaborate with Product Management to define scope and roadmap.
• Act as Scrum Master and agile coach for the team.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality software with transparency and predictability.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with product, QA, and UX.
