Job summary
Keysight Technologies Singapore (Sales) Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced R&D Software Operating Manager to lead the Eggplant Server team in Singapore and drive the delivery of world-class software in a fast-paced environment.
You will work with Product Management to shape scope and technical direction. You will act as Scrum Master and agile coach, mentoring engineers and QA, and shaping a realistic roadmap while ensuring transparent, cross-organizational communication and delivery of scalable,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree plus directly relevant management experience.
- Five years of experience managing a team.
- Strong understanding of Software Engineering principles.
- Proven experience leading development of complex software.
- Experience in AI within the software development lifecycle.
- Experience in Eggplant Test software is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Eggplant Server team to deliver high-quality software.
- Act as scrum master and agile coach for the team.
- Collaborate with Product Management to define scope and roadmap.
- Mentor team members and manage performance and hiring.
- Coordinate with leadership peers to surface dependencies and maximize success.
- Ensure transparent communication and deliverables across the organization.
