Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is assisting a Banking Client in Singapore to hire a Product Manager / Business Analyst who can define product vision, roadmap, and requirements in alignment with business objectives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, document user stories, maintain backlogs, and drive agile delivery across cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions.

The role emphasizes change management, scalable processes, and post-deployment support within a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering, user story development, and project coordination.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
• Create and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, developers, and vendors to deliver digital solutions within timelines and scope.
• Design and review user journeys, process flows, and product mock-ups.
• Monitor progress, provide status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations.
• Support testing, training, implementation, and post-deployment activities.
• Drive process improvements and change management across people, processes, and technology.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, stable, and aligned with standards and best practices.
