You will lead workshops, translate needs into user stories, and collaborate with product owners, architects, and developers to deliver practical solutions and support post-go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services.
• Exposure to Retail, Corporate, Wealth, and Regulatory banking processes.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements, use cases, and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and walkthroughs to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Identify process gaps, evaluate risks, and propose actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and development teams to validate solutions.
• Participate in end-to-end delivery activities, including implementation planning and post-go-live support.
