Job summary
ETeam Workforce Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Product Owner to manage changes in consumer platforms and support digital initiatives across business units, including Marketing and Operations.
The role requires strong problem-solving in a fast-paced environment and effective day-to-day product operations with strategic impact. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Marketing and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital products, write clear user stories
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Technology, Digital, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into product solutions.
- Review business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and new features.
- Develop user stories, document acceptance criteria, review test plans and scenarios, and perform UAT.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
- Present project plans and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies relating to product management activities.
