Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior product/tech lead to drive digital transformation across freight operations.

You will design scalable architectures, manage the technology roadmap, and translate business needs into technical solutions, including AI and automation initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 7–10 years in product management with 3+ years in a technical role within freight/logistics or related tech environments.
• Experience with data analytics, dashboards, and AI/automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain system architecture for freight technology platforms.
• Develop and manage the technology roadmap to support freight operations and growth.
• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into technical specifications and workflows.
• Prepare detailed functional and technical documentation including database structures and UI specs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting.
• Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of AI and automation solutions.
• Manage integrations with third-party logistics platforms and ERP systems (SAP).
• Monitor system performance and KPIs; conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Prioritize enhancements, maintenance, security, and operational needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define user stories and product enhancements.
• Lead system implementation activities including migration planning and go-live support.
• Support vendor evaluation and management including RFI/RFP activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management across freight tech environments.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
