Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 7–10 years in product management, incl. 3+ years in a technical role in freight/logistics tech.
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding systems, TMS, and logistics platforms.
- Experience with data analytics, reporting tools, and Power BI.
- Experience managing integrations, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain system architecture for freight technology platforms.
- Develop and manage the technology roadmap for freight operations and growth.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and workflows.
- Create detailed functional/technical documentation and UI specs.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports.
- Lead AI and automation initiatives to improve freight efficiency.
- Manage integrations with third-party logistics platforms and ERPs.
- Monitor performance and KPIs; drive continuous improvement.
- Lead migration planning, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
- Support vendor evaluation and ongoing performance reviews.
