• Curiosity and willingness to learn AI/digital technologies and prototype automation ideas.
• Proven capability to translate AI opportunities into tangible business value and lead cross-functional work.

• Collaborate with internal and outsourced teams to clarify requirements and monitor progress.
• Lead PoC, pilot deployments, and demonstrations to validate value and feasibility.
